Last week one of my project team members was laughing about how the company we currently work for was like a giant elephant that was surrounded by herds of mosquitoes (=consultancies) that were trying to sneak some of its blood. And even though the elephant repeatedly chased them away with its trunk they all kept coming back...
Now according to the Economic Times of India, if you are young and want to make a career you can either aim at becoming that elephant or one of the mosquitos. But what if I don't want to be any of these? What if I want to be a monkey and jump through the trees?
