Fourth day of AMORE - more and more amore towards our team and less and less towards the project. A shipping company has asked us to give our views on whether companies will continue to offshore production in the future, which impact that has on future trade flows and how the shipping industry will be affected - all to be shown in a ginormous model explaining the world.
Daunting task, lots of turning round in circles on Saturday, severe frustration on Sunday, adjusting the task to our abilities on Monday and seemingly invisible progress today. Meaning even more frustration, so we turned to what we do best - bonding. Over discussions about life, relationships, color blindness, eye anatomy, movies in general and Cinema Paradiso in particular, girlie girls, nuclear fuel for ships and fairy tales. That's right. Because I had no clue who Jack with the beanstalk was:
And then we watched "Distance from the Moon" simply because it's beautiful.
You may call this procrastination - we call it bonding. Which makes the project a much happier experience. And gives you energy for lovely midnight slides. Back to work now.
